UTRAN-Rule is a software tool that enables you to design and configure UTRAN* and core ATM networks much more accurately and quickly than would be possible without such a highly automated tool.

* "UTRAN" refers to the third generation (3G) technology for mobile telecommunication services. Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network is the set of connections between the radio cell tower and the core wired network. These networks typically involve ATM over SDH/SONET fiber optic lines and typically carry multi-media services.
