Stephen Post founded Analytical Engines Inc. As its president, he has consulted on projects for Big Safari, the Army Material Command, CECOM, US Navy, NSA, DISA, and others. The Big Safari project involved all phases of making NRA, a system to distribute to 100's of users, in real time, network models and their updates. The Army Material Command study modeled worldwide activity of 20,000 users of the SAP system for logistics, recommending trunk bandwidth. Other studies analyzed multi-channel bandwidth requirements on a Navy satellite system, capacity sizing at intelligence centers, and reducing transaction time for Oracle data bases.

Prior to 1997, Dr. Post worked at CACI, where he developed advanced software and architecture solutions for major projects, such as an AI scheduler/ resource allocater for the Army's base modernization project and 3D sensor detection simulations. Other projects include technical lead in simulating business processes & computer networks, automating & improving decision-making (emulated air traffic controllers and battlefield commanders & solved scheduling/routing problems). As a VP, he led development of simulation solutions for the FAA, the Air Force Studies and Analysis Agency, the Joint Electronic Warfare Command, EuroControl, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, CSC, IBM, and others. Dr. Post's work included development of libraries for rule-based & case-based reasoning; algorithms for 4-D conflict detection & intelligent resolution; path optimization; data-base interface; and GUI design.

1989 - Dr. Post produced Decision Master, combining OR &AI techniques to define complex, highly inter-dependent problems to find optimal solutions. This product won business with military, intelligence, & commercial clients. Dr. Post defined & led the technical approach for a PRC team developing an expert & optimization system for a STRATCOM application. Dr. Post also taught graduate courses in Computer Architectures, Operating Systems, and Data Base Management Systems at George Mason University.

Prior to 1987, Dr. Post was Director of AI Applications at PRC (now Northrop Grumman). He authored numerous publications, including one that remains a key reference:
Stephen Post - Ph.D. in Information Technology and Engineering; M.S. in Systems Management
Diane Post - M.S. in Telecommunications, M.S. in Statistics
Diane Post has been involved in design & development of NetRule products from their start. Ms. Post is responsible for testing, end user documentation, hands-on training, technical support, & modeling consultation.

Prior to 2002, MS. Post solved network systems problems (involving applications & protocols), at Winstar Communications. She often led multi-org teams to collect & characterize traffic, determine correct protocol implementation, & resolve issues with  latency, application performance & identifying network solutions to meet business needs & cost objectives.

Previously, Ms. Post worked for AT&T as a technical manager, a business analyst, lead of a systems integration testing team, and a quality control engineer (for manufacture of submarine systems repeaters and printed wiring boards).  She also audited on an (AT&T) Chairman’s Quality Award team.
